Event Registrations

Check here often for news of upcoming events.

Spring Baseball assessment information below, each division has two possible dates to register in, please only register for one of the two sessions.

The purpose of the house assessments is to aid us in building equal and balanced teams for our spring season. Registration is free and is now open. You must be registered for our spring season before you can attend these assessments in order to be covered by our insurance. So please find 1 of the available sessions that works for you and register soon. If you are currently one of the few that are on a wait list we ask that you still come out for assessments as we expect we will be able to find a roster spot for you.

Divisional info

9u Mon Feb 24 or Mar 3- 5-630pm

9u - recommend all players to attend to help build balanced teams, we will also use our house assessments to aid in our invites to our 9u Summer All Star team tryouts.

11u Sun Feb 23 or Mar 2- 5-7pm

11u- recommend all players to attend to help build balanced teams, we will also be using our house assessments to select our 11u Prospect team. This is our high performance team that will play on Wednesday nights throughout the Spring season.

13u/15u Fri Feb 21 or Feb 28- 6-8pm

13u/15u- recommend all players to attend to help build balanced teams. 15uAA players - players that were part of the 15uAA ID camp do not need to attend clinics as we will use data gained at this camp.

18u - no assessments, although we do expect to have two teams this year, just need a couple more to register on the waitlist!!

For those registered in the 9u & 11u Sooke Program, it is our preference you still come to the assessments. In case we need to build 2 teams in any division we need to build them evenly and the only way to do that is to assess everybody. If you would like to try out for our 11U Prospect team this spring or the 9u Allstar summer team, your placement in assessments determines your invite to try-outs so it is important that you all come out. This also applies to all those assessing for our Westshore 9u & 11U programs.

It is important that you arrive on time and be ready to go for your session to ensure we can get everyone through quickly and safely. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your registered session with all of the appropriate baseball gear.

ITC center is very COLD usually a few degrees colder than outside, so dress accordingly, bring Water/glove/bat/helmet/protective cup and wear appropriate warm baseball or athletic clothing. No metal cleats, clean rubber cleats are ok but the preference is just to wear sneakers.

ITC is busy with groups ending and starting all the time so upon your arrival, you will need to check in so we can give you a number. Do Not Enter any of the field space. Please stand and wait around the picnic tables or down the side viewing area. Once the field is ready to enter you will all be called to join.
